How the 2012 Games can inspire us locally

In its third year Buying Greener in the South East took a fresh look at greening businesses to help them gain a competitive edge, taking the 2012 games as local inspiration.

The event attracted over 160 attendees from businesses across the south east and France.  Sponsored by the Interreg 111a Eco-enterprise Programme and by the South East of England Development Agency (SEEDA), the event provided 6 workshops and 2 field trips throughout the course of the day, with keynote speeches form David Hill, Chief Executive of Ashford Borough Council and Shaun McCarthy Director of Action Sustainability.
